Merry Winter

It feels like winter out already. 7 inches of snow this weekend. There isn't nearly that much on the ground now and the streets are dry. The sun is shining and the skies are a cloudless blue, but it is cold!

I've stitched this before. And someday I'll stitch it for my tree. But for now, it's one more gift I am happily crossing off my list :)

Thank you for all your sweet comments about my knitting finishes. It means so much to me that you take the time to visit! I've received several questions on various topics, so I'll be posting later this week some answers and such. Toodles for now!

  12. I've been so behind with your blog, and now I'm amazed at all you've been doing! You must be the queen of knitting.

And the ornaments are wonderful. I've never put beads around the edges of an ornament, but I'm gonna have to try that.

You have some very lucky gift recipients.

  39. Staci, I am almost embarrassed to ask this, but I WANT TO KNOW. How do you determine the border for the BACK of your ornament. Do you just measure and mark, or is there an easier way? I love this tutorial and am going to use it on the ornament I am working on. Thank you so much for a beautiful place to go.... Dee
