Merry Winter

It feels like winter out already. 7 inches of snow this weekend. There isn't nearly that much on the ground now and the streets are dry. The sun is shining and the skies are a cloudless blue, but it is cold!

I've stitched this before. And someday I'll stitch it for my tree. But for now, it's one more gift I am happily crossing off my list :)

    Beautiful! I love how you wrapped it up too with the holiday greetings card and candies! I love those peppermint chewies!

    I've been so behind with your blog, and now I'm amazed at all you've been doing! You must be the queen of knitting.

    And the ornaments are wonderful. I've never put beads around the edges of an ornament, but I'm gonna have to try that.

    Merry Christmas is just so lovely! What a beautiful finishing job. I see that you have snow. We are stopping in Denver but only for 1 1/2 days. Will wave as we drive by.

    Snow already WOW!!! It is still in the 50's here in KY. Love your knitting. Have been a follower for quiet a long time. Miss your cross stitch. But we all need changes in our life. Happy Holiday Season to you and yours.

    What a great finish! What a lucky person that receives this gift. I sure hope snow stays away from here for a while. It's been a really warm November and I'm fruitlessly hoping it will stay that way through March!

    I hope you will post what pattern you use for your rainbow washcloths as i'd like to make some!

    Staci, I am almost embarrassed to ask this, but I WANT TO KNOW. How do you determine the border for the BACK of your ornament. Do you just measure and mark, or is there an easier way? I love this tutorial and am going to use it on the ornament I am working on. Thank you so much for a beautiful place to go.... Dee
