If ever there's a morning

that needs coffee, it's gotta be Monday :) Seeing other stitchers pulling out their old WIPs has inspired me to get out one of my own. I abandoned this one last summer...

This time around, the stitching just glided along :)

Coffin Buzz
by Plum Street Samplers, freebie found here
fabric: misc "staci-dyed" linen remnant
fiber: WDW Mocha

You may know that I always celebrate a finish with a new start. Apparently finishing an old WIP merits 2 new starts, lol. More on that later ;)

Hope your week is off to a fabulous start! Sending you all a little Colorado Sunshine, Happy Monday!

  33. Staci, I just love your latest finish. Of course, I love them all. I noticed that you said your fabric was "Staci-dyed" and I have read your tutorial, but I just was wondering something. After you coffee or tea-dye your fabrics and set the fabric with a warm iron, do you ever wash the fabric or do you leave it as is? Thanks.

  37. Staci: this is simply lovely, I have four wip and am itching to get to them, my only road block is my super big project.
However I did get all the beads on the Earthdancer.
Blackbird Designs are my very favs for stitching.
    Stay safe.

  38. Oww, what nice stitching. Isn't it nice to say "I finished a WIP"? And yes you should be able to have 2 new starts for finishing an old WIP. Maybe another pair of socks.
