I'm thrilled with the results! Warm and cozy, happy and colorful. And stripey! And so, so easy!!! These knit up quickly while watching those murderous Midsomer folk.
The pattern is mine. A first for me even though I've been knitting for a very long time. I've written it up, but admittedly, I'm pretty nervous. What if no one understands it? Or worse yet, what if no one even likes it...

They are beautiful and I'm sure many knitters will want to make them. But my skinny fingers need some cover! My hands get too cold to keep my fingers exposed.

I just love these! Just perfect for those chilly days and open enough to still be able to stitch! Makes me want to learn knitting even more now!
ReplyDeleteI agree with Missy Ann....publish the pattern! I love your wrist warmers...and would like to make myself a pair. My hands get super cold in the winter and the only way I can type at work is to wear fingerless gloves. They look so comfy and toasty warm!

ReplyDeleteThose are awesome! Don't be so hard on yourself! I only use the machine to knit and thats pretty basic things too. If I could knit i would definitely use your pattern and make a pair of my own. My mom knits though, i wonder if i could get her to make me a pair....though I have always wanted a pair of knitted socks too....
