This morning was gorgeous.
Perfect for going to the park.
Supplies for the kiddos...

Supplies for me...

Snow on the high mountains...

Bright colors everywhere...

Abandoned for a moment...

Quiet knitting in the shade...

A completed pair to take home...

I love how the colors almost glow in the dappled shade...

Aren't double rainbows supposed to be a sign of good luck...

A really lovely morning at the park :)

P.S.  Don't forget about my giveaway!

  6. Staci, what beautiful socks and beautiful scenery! How I wish we had that kind of weather. It's 99 degrees right now (4:00)with horribly high humidity and I can barely stand to walk out the door.

I so enjoy seeing the pictures of your knitting and stitching and have bought me a book that was suggested that I HOPE will help me learn to knit, too.

Thank you for sharing with us!
    HUGS!

  13. We don't have views like that in Florida! It looks so pretty and it certainly looks more comfortable than the heat we're having.

  14. What great socks and you had the perfect spot to finish them off too! So far I've been too afraid to try doing my stitching outside. I don't want my threads blowing away. ;-)

  27. I would LOVE bliss like that ... my littlest is 3 and my eyes are on his at all times - I'm like a hawk. LOL The pool is like stress level 50 for me ... I can't read there, can't stitch there ... nothing! But childhood is fleeting and they'll only be little once ... and Mama can deal.
In the meanwhile, I'll look at your park bliss and just be amazed at finishing a pair of socks on a park trip!
