snippets and stash: Let it snow???

Even though we've had frequently more tastes of spring, it's still winter and there's a new layer of snow out to prove it! The beauty of spring snow around here is that it melts quickly and before you know it, everything has turned green! In celebration of the last of winter...

Speaking of birdies, there is one who asked for a preview of something I've been working on (that really should've been done by now!) Can you guess how this'll be finished???

As you can probably tell, it's a design by Diane Williams (I think before she was known as LHN, published in Tokens of Affection~book 19 of the Leisure Arts series Christmas Remembered.)
